exhaust tips

Does anyone know a good way to clean up the rectangle exhaust tips to get them looking better, or at least if i can get new ones. Thanks

I used to use a couple old tooth brushes and a little bit of wheel cleaner diluted in a bucket of water. Then some mothers chrome polish makes em look real nice.
