Exhaust ideas?

Which header lengths are most common or easiest to put on?

that doesnt matter for your case. You need to find out what is actually available for the 3.4 F body. I am extremely doubtful you will find any longtubes from any company. I would bet the ONLY option you have is midlengths from Pacesetters more than likely. And overall, they are not worth it on a 3.4.

actually i think ive decided to save my money and sell this next summer to get a Z28. cuz i figure it would probly cost around 1500 to go from my stock 95 (160hp) to even a 95 Z28 stock (275hp)

Borla Adjustable Catback for the best V6 sound -- you can adapt one from a different year if one for your exact model year doesn't exist. I am very happy with mine -- much better sound than the Z28 muffler my RS came with from the factory...

There are NO 3.4L F-Body LTs available, unless custom, AFAIK. Pacesetter is one of the few options available (not LTs).
