Y pipe actually. If you're getting just one you may as well put it after the cat somewhere in the mid-pipe, if you get 2 you can put one on each branch of the Y.

ya thats what im gonna put it after the cat under the passenger door. i thoght that was the i-pipe but w/e and is it really that big of a noise problem cuz its past the cat and u dont really have to worry about carbon monoxide leaking into the cab 2 much do u?

Even if it's after the cat it's going to be loud. Check out my exhaust clip, that's through a whole cat-back, cats and resonator tips and it's still pretty loud. I wouldn't worry about the CO leaking into the cab as long as you're moving, but I won't make any bets if you're just sitting there for a long time.

Different motor, but like I said, it probably won't give you too many problems other than being pretty loud when it's open.

ya and people say that cops pull you over a lot but my brothers cut out has never gotten him pulled over and he runs it open 24/7 so i guess its just how the cops are in each state.

Just put a cutout in place of the cat. That's how mine is setup. It's really really loud though and I'm too scared to try and drive around town with it uncapped. The only effects I'd ever think you'd have from a cutout, would be that it's going to rattle everything loose on your car. lol
