Default Exhaust

Hello again, I am trying to make my car sound a little better (yes a little so don't flame me on v8 sound -_-) and I would like your opinions.
I am thinking a nice set of headers and exhaust, so far I am at ...

Please let me know what you guys think or what y'all have had good experiences with. Thanks for the help!

Default RE: Exhaust

Me and my friend own practically identical camaros (2001 3.8L v6) with his being automatic though.

He has the Magnaflow exhaust system and i have Flowmaster 80series.

While his sounds better it isnt very loud mine sounds really nice at idle and up until about 4k rpms and its loud which is what i wanted. I have even inspired a mustang owner to want to put flowmaster on his car so i was pretty proud of that not to mention everyone one of my friends says it sounds really nice but

Try youtube to figure out what your best sound is and what you like. Usually the queues "(your year) v6 camaro exhaust" or "camaro v6 flowmaster" or "camaro v6 magnaflow"

Hope that helps some how.

Default RE: Exhaust

Pretty much i just dont have tips on mine.

and the exhaust shop in my town that did it only cost me $200 even because he did the pipe bending and stuff there and he did a really good job welding and everything i was very impressed. only took him like 4 hours to do it too.
