Way are you swapping into? Did you get everything hooked back up on the computers? Maybe you missed one of the connectors under the dash? Do you have spark?

how come you had to switch the rails and injectors? They both are on a obdII system. Are they different size? If it fires with quick start, but not when your starting, you need to figure out the fuel to air ratio.. To me, it sounds like by switch the rail and injecotrs.. its either not compatible with each other and its causing it to stave or choke on fuel...

your getting spark, but are you getting spark on all cylinders? The best way is to check each coil by taking a plug out, putting it on the spark plug wire, and have it grounded on block.. have someone to turn over the key, and look for spark on each plug.

There could be even bad plugs in there, or a plugged up fuel filter.. air filter.. lots of ideas to check out.

Check out your local parts store for a inline spark tester. You can also get in inline node light for see if the injectors are firing.

Are you sure you got the firing order right? You may want to check the fuel pressure. There should be no probelm with switching the injectors like you did. That is exactly what I did when I put my 02 motor in my 96.

No matter the swap, what is the compression? Throw a timing light on a wire and crank to see spark. Pour a tiny bit of gas down the t-body. Starter fluid likes to blow head gaskets. You are making sure you have your 3 basics to start an engine:
1. Spark
2. Fuel
3. Compression
Eliminate one of the 3 and she ah no runnah.
