Default Engine Modification Help Please

Hi everybody, I'm new to this and i just got my car, its a 1997 Camaro Z28 30th and i was wondering if you guys could help me out.

I wanted to get some ideas for some performance upgrades. As of now, the engine is stock except for a magnaflow exhaust with exhaust cut off. Im willing to go as much as a supercharger, to as little as a spacer or something, i was just wondering if you guys could give me a list of upgrades and possibly brands or part numbers for possible upgrades. I would really appreciate the help. Also a supercharger model number or something compatible for my engine would be greatly appreciated!!

stroke it to a 383 have a le2 job done on your heads and have the intake done as well while your odering have a talk with lloyd and see what recomendations he has.

while the motor is being worked on pick up some rear lower control arms, a tunnel brace torque arm, some good shocks front and back, some subframe connetors and go from there. sam strano is a good sourse and while ordering he will set you up with a great ride suited for your needs.

Go with what Craby said. A 383 LT1 would be sick! As for more mods, I'd just go with bolt-ons.

Pacesetter Longtube Headers.

SLP cold air intake.

nah

here you go

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/96-CO...Q5fAccessories

we start at only $4800

then stroke it and spray it.

You'll also need to beef up your tranny for only $2500 to handle that kind of torque but you will have all the power you desire

By the time you're done you'll have at least $10,000 into the project in a vehicle worth about $4,000.

I'm sorry but not to be a wise guy,

have you tried the search feature?

everyone gets excited and wants more power. What you fail to say is I have, in hand, in all honesty, XXXX dollars. I currently own XXXX and here is a list of the problems it has. After fixing XXXXX, how much $$$$ do you think I will have left and what could I do, if anything, with respect to performance modifications. You also need to address the actual, honest $$$ you have and also be honest if you yourself can perform the mods or do you need to pay someone. The engine bay of the 4th gen f bodie's can bring a grown man to tears trying to gain access to things.

Well to be honest, what components do i need to do a full 383 stroke or 393 for that matter? And i was talking to a local mechanic, he was telling me that even though a supercharger would run a little more, the installation would be easier and that force induction would be better than stroking because it would maintain a lot of your internals and would make it so i dont have to pay for labor to open the engine up? any opinions?
Also, to torque_is_good, i have confidence that i can do any modification except involving changing engine internals, i can do pretty much anything else.
