I just recently bought a 2000 Camaro SS and theres only one issue with the car. It rolls forward even with the emergency brake engaged but it wont roll backwards. How do I adjust my emergency brake to prevent this from happening anymore?

 

If I'm not mistaken, the parking brake is self adjusting. To do so, you have to pull back, release, pull back, release several times till it'll hold the car.

 

if you pull the center console out there should be adjustment on the cable there (at least the early 4th gens had it) or you could need new rear pads
