eibach pro kit rear sag

thats like asking whats better, a Sierra or Silverado. Its based on what you want your car to do. You want to track race it, daily drive it, have it ride like a Cadillac, slightly lower stance, Joe-Dirt style, drag racing, turn it into a monster truck, and so on. Everyone is going to have their own preference on what shock to run.
Also, here is a link to a thread asking pretty much the same thing....

Sam Strano is your man, give him a call:

On a V8, put some Koni SAs in all four, and if you have to be lowered - Strano Springs, and then Strano 35/22 hollow sways... Then for a cherry on top -- Watts Link to replace your panhard bar. Oh, don't forget welded SFRs and a Strut Brace.
Lastly, with your 18"s I hope you have some good bump stops, and jounce spacers...

See the difference with poly:
Seriously though, you need some adjustable shocks, and possibly different springs.

Ah, sounds like more hammer mechanic hackery
hose mod is taking the spring isolators (pads that are between the spring and car body) off and putting some thick hose on the spring to cushion. make sure the hose is thick and strong. i used some marine fire proof fuel hose, i think it is 5/8 inch, could be 3/4 i know it was the biggest the englund marine had. had like 3/8 or 1/2 inch thick sides and pretty hard. im thinking of putting some softer stuff on top of what i have to see if itll soften it up a tad.
koni are the best shock, expensive for sure.
