Default Easy wiper motor question.

My wipers operate erratically. Soon as the key is in the "ON" position they will kick on regardless of the switch position. Speed settings all work properly the arms just won't shut off so I have to pull the fuse when this happens, after a few attempts at pulling the fuse when the arms have settled in the down position.

Is this caused by the pulse board, short, or just overall bad motor? I put in a Cardone wiper motor in the spring so this is too soon for a problem!

my buddys grand prix did this, they would come on when ever and stop where ever they wanted ended up being the pulse board. id take a look at it and see if theres any signs of damage, if so you can replace or fix.
