My son has a 95 T-Bird with the 4.6 liter motor. I installeda radiator in it for him and they I took it for a ride. I was actually impressed with the power the car had. Don't think it can take my LT1 but it impressed me anyway. The 4.6 looks easy to work on unlike my LT1. Probably the closest thing to a Stang I'll ever drive. Does anyone know the HP rating of a 95 4.6?

 

Isnt it like 225 HP?

 

Wow... I feel sorry for you son... No offense but those are just plain ugly.. id take a Foxbody stang over those any day.

yeah.. a V6 makes more power than their V8 model.. The Supercoupe only comes with a roots blown V6... you think they would put it on the V8... and actually try to comepete with something..

 

Like I said it wasn't as weak as I thought it would be. It's a hand me down from his mom plus it's his first car. When he asked me to fix it if for him I told him the only way to fix this was to get rid of it and buy a Chevy.

 

good man. My manager drives a supercoupe and its got ***** for an uuuugly Ford V6... We had a short little fun stretch down the alley behind the theatre... he did fairly well.. but a friend of mine who thinks Tbirds are the **** (his mom drives a new one, he drives a heavily modded (that meaning exhaust and intake and a **** load of exterior stuff) V8 Tbird and i can walk him at 7 am on the way to school....

 

my gurlfriends brother has the supercoupe, and i walked all over it with my 3.8 and can with my saturn too

 

Maybe I'll take him for a race. Ha! I don't think he will cause he knows what my car can do.
