Default Drive belt pulley

Trying to swap out my opti and I am having no luck removing the pulley... The three bolts have been removed and Ive tried getting it off with a hammer and a hammer + screwdriver..... I am very frustrated and would greatly appreciate some advice

First soak the front of the pulley where it joins the hub with penetrating oil. Get a long piece of wood (2x2), or a cut off broom stick. From under the car, put the wood against the back side of the pulley and whack it with a hammer, working side to side. It's just stuck on there with rust, and can be real stubborn. Believe it or not, once you get it off and clean the rust off the pulley and hub, the pulley is going to fall right back on with no force.
