Default Door panel Help

Im in the middle of removing my 2002 door panel. The lock seems stuck - it wont slide through the panel. I have all the other clips disengaged but lock is stuck. Any hints - help. Is there a screw Im not seeing?

You have to pry up on the black plastic part of the door lock. It actually snaps in to the rod that actuates the door lock. Pry a little on the front and back to get the job done, it will usually pop off

I always found it helpful to use a small/thin screw driver to wedge in between in the back. It's kind of a tight fit, but there's a little hump of the rod near the end of the plastic piece that you can use to pry up on, or just start at the end of the rod where it meets the plastic and work it free. It snaps back on, but because of the tight fight, I always just use the screw driver to help snap it back. I've taken my doors off so many times, it's fairly easy now.
