Won't say that one around the girl.... this started off as HER toy..... not sure what happened but I seem to be the one usually driving it!
I took a trip from Tucson to San Antonio back in 2003, was on my back to Tucson when i passed a few HP on the side of the road with a car pulled over. So I slowed down to about 2-5 over the speed limit and get into the farthest lane. I go by and then about 10 mins later I see lights coming up on me fast. At this time I was back up to doing around 80-85 until I saw the lights, but he came up on me so fast I couldn't slow down to speed limit fast enough. So I pull over, not knowing if it was me or if he would go flying by. It was me. I see this big black guy get out of this 94-96 Mustang GT HP car. He proceeds to tell me that when I went by them while they had the previous car pulled over I was doing 7 MPH over the speed limit. He then went on to say, while looking over my docs, that it really wasn't any big deal, he just came after me because he was hoping I would run. He didn't say he was going to let me off with a verbal or anything, just told me that and told me to have a safe trip and went back to his car.

He would endanger everyone's safety, your and his life, get you arrested, all that, just because he was bored or something?
I would've slammed on my brakes right in front of him, and blamed it on him for rear ending me. lol.

Still would be his fault. It's the law. If you rear end a person on their rear bumper, it is automatically your fault.
