i believe your talking about a dash pad. u can get new aftermarket ones on ebay. in the area of 230 bucks.

both my camaro had shot dash pads, my 94 was in 300 pieces, my 95 was good with 1 small crack it sat untouched and i came out to find a crack from front almost all the way to the back wtf?? $230?? thats crazy if you think about it, its just a piece of abs thats maybe 12"x48"?

yep they got u by the ****s and are making some coin. only game it town.
