Default Dash Vacuum Line

So a few months back, I had a problem with my A/C not blowing from the dash, with a little help I pinpointed it down to the VCV next to the computer, I took a look at it and it was cracked and broken. Well, while I was trying to take it off I yanked a little too hard and felt one of the lines give out (a line that looks like it went through the dash) I panicked a little and tried to push it back in. I replaced the VCV and the A/C worked again but now the line that got pulled is kind of pertruding out. Is it possible I pulled it out? could it possibly be causing the rough idle I've been experiencing? Is there any easy way to check it out or would I have to go completely through the dash? Appreciate the assistance.

not sure what line it is...but vacuum issues will cause idle problems.

if the heater controls will switch from heat to defrost and such then i doubt you have pulled it off. could disconnect it and plug the vacumm side to see if it makes a difference.
