Hi all- I've been looking for a Z28 and was wondering what it would cost to change the interior from brown to black. It seems difficult to find the right car, so I was thinking of a short cut. Thanks.

 

You're probably best off finding a junk car and stripping it down. I swapped just about every interior piece from the dash back (incl. carpet, excluding console) in my 96. It isn't overly difficult, but it does take time and tinkering. Honestly though, I would advise you to just find one with an interior you like. Oh and leather seats are expensive. I sold the extras I had for $250 straight up and they weren't even in the best shape.
