Cool Convertible Boot Alternatives

Has any one ran across a product that would replace the convertible boot? Maybe some type of vinyl cover, etc.? Or any decent places to look for replacement boots? Thanks

Replacement boots tend to be expensive, even on eBay. I just run without one.

Why do you want a boot anyway, for parades? I can't tell you how many times I either put the top down or up while sitting at a stop light, back when I had a rag top. Then stop at a store and pop the top back up to lock the car up. For me, a boot would have been a nuisance (for convenience and storage space), and would have just sat in the garage.

for the 4th gen cars there's nothing other than the stock and a few aftermarket fiberglass options. And the aftermarket stuff is even bulkier than the stock boot.
