convertable or hard top
ok so i was wondering which would you guys perfer a convertable or hard top when i say hard top i mean t tops 2 also which would you rather drive in as a teen in high school as a sophmore jr senior
Well, my car is ttops and IMO i prefer no convertibles on camaros...just cause i just dont really like them...dont get me wrong theres some nice convertible camaros but i just wouldnt want one..
high school kid...probably first REAL car...wants to make good impressions...wants people to envy him...wants to make the ladies excited...i'd say convertible if it were me. i'm kind of biased though. but the ladies do love the convertibles
ight in my honest opinion... the General made the Camaro a T-top so you can look good and have some sweet air curculation in the car... I perfer hard top.. i mean.. you can roll down the windows and get alot of air in the car (kuz the windows are huge) and air conditioning ftw... no offense to you vert guys but verts are just plain uuuuugggllly...
I wouldn't say that vers are ugly, but they aren't my favorite. I think it makes the car look too long.
I like my T-tops, the benefit of them is you can have the open feel of a vert, but you don't get the crazy wind from behind, so it's nice.

I have a vert, and you would get a lot of attentionby driving around inthem. Something about girls and being topless...IDK.
Anyways, I was originally looking for a t-top but my brother, who co-signed for the car, likedthe vertand I just said, "Atleast it's a 6-speed." I wanted a tt for the reasons the fellow forum members have said, among others.
I didn't really want to mod the car at first either cuz it was a vert, but...atleast they have a higher resale value vs. coupe (if both were in the same condition).

First hand experience here for ya. I'm a junior in high school with a t-top Camaro and wouldn't want it any other way. Its nice having a roof which consists mainly of glass...now thats classy. Besides not many cars on the road now a days are t-top, so you've got something that is a little bit different than everyone.
im a senior in high school and let me tell you that high school chicks dont pay attention to me/my car unless i gun it and make alot of noise... they really dont notice cars as much as popularity at my school... BUT in the real world.. not the fake world my high school lives in... i have gotten the occasional wave at a stop light
i can't even begin to count the looks girls give me when i have my top down. my town is a summer town where people vacation too so i don't know most of the girls in town during the summer but you bet your *** they look. picture it...driving with a sexy girl...park on the beach at night, top down, looking up at the stars. come on man, its pretty much a given, i didn't even have to try anymore. god i hope my girlfriend doesn't read this, HA
