Default A complicated ratio question

I've been sitting on the couch thinking REAL hard about this and I can't figure it out!

I want to know... how many times do the wheels turn per one RPM.

I'm thinking about the transmission ratios and the ring and pinion ratio. But my roommate and I just CAN'T think of some kind of mathematical formula!

It's probably really simple and I'm just dumb... but please tell me how to do it!

rpms divided by trans gear ratio divided by rearend ratio. 2000rpm / 700R4=1st=3.06, 2nd=1.63, 3rd=1, 4th=0.70/ rearend ratio = tire rotation.
