Default Choosing a new clutch.

After nearly a year of sitting in the garage I'm finally going to replace the blown clutch in my T/A. The only problem is that I have no idea which brand to go with. My car is bone stock and will remain so with the exception of adding some headers soon so I don't need some top end clutch. At the same time I never use cheap, low quality parts on my vehicles, creates more problems than it solves. I just want a good, solid clutch, that will last a decent amount of time but also not break the bank. I've found a couple clutches in the 400 to 500 dollar range but that seemed a bit cheap. One of the brands I was looking at is Sachs. They have a limited lifetime warranty on the clutch, exactly what isn't covered under limited I'm not sure but it sounded somewhat promising. I've look at McLeod and a few other well known brands but have read a lot of mixed reviews on all of them and am confused. Like I said, this is a street car that gets driven sensibly most of the time that occasionally gets kicked in the ***, I'm not some street racer wanna-be. Just looking for a clutch to match. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Check out the Centerforce duel friction clutch. The composite pads add life and strenght to the clutch and it has a stock feel.

go with a monster stage 1, they are quickly become the number on clutch system for t56s, the centerforce is heavy and kinda jumpy imo i hated driving it, but my buddy has a 600 hp lt1 car with the moster stage 3 and its amazing, he slams his gears and it seems to acctaully love it, plus its easy to drive around jus normal, thats my next clutch for my ws6

Sachs at kragens warranty is great. They offer lifetime warranty even if its just old. Same goes for brakes. Even if they just went bad because it was time they will swap em out for you. That's at kragens in my area.

So I've been doing a little more research and think I've found a happy medium for a slightly beefier clutch from my WS6 while not spending a too much on a performance clutch I really don't need. I was thinking of getting a LS7 clutch kit. I've read several posts on them and people seem really happy with the clutch overall. Since ti will be a GM product is it going to bolt up without any issues or is there anything I might have missed?
