yeah thats the plan. I have to drive by a police station everyday on the way to work. I will just close it when passing by. That's cop central over there.

I'd hope, unless they're out getting donuts do you happen to smell bacon when you pass by?

cutout is a waste unless you track your car. Besides being overly loud, they drone and sound like garbage cans being slammed together.

You want to check you local laws. Here in PA cut out will not pass the yearly State inspection. Even the block off plates are not legal.
