maybe the pressure regulator but more likely the injectors are stuck open? Is there anyone close to you with hp tuners of EFI live to go for a drive and log the O2 data and fuel trims?

cool, but going for a drive while logging lets you see real time data, that would be really useful to see if fuel trims are adding too much fuel or the actual working contition of the O2 sensors

yeah something just doesn't add up pal.

if there any exhuast leaks or blowing on the headers before the front O2's as these control the fueling? Your plugs defo shouldn't be wet after a drive ! too much fuel!!

your long term fuel trims are quite high at 8-10% extra fuel. Mines running rich but not that much and I have no cats and headers and re-positioned sensors. I'll check with my stock long when at home and let you know what they were

you gas is way cheap still a US gallon is about 4 liters right? In UK we pay £1.30 a liter so do conversion and that is nearly $2 a liter so I PAY $8 a gallon !!!!
