idk check everything u think of... oil level, oil condition, scale buildup in the radiator, tyre condition (dry rott, cracks, bubbles, flats), rust holes, shock absorbers, leftover fuel in the tank, look for mice nests, look for dead rodents (no joke here- happened to me before), battery for cheese buildup, etc
might wanna do something about the gasoline thats in it cuz theres no way its still gunne be good

Change your diff oil and check seals. All brake lines, calipers and replace drums and discs. Wheel bearings. Every sensor in the car. Any air ducting should be cleaned out. Check your spare tire. All bushings and anything mechanical. So basically the entire car. Any surface rust under the car should be wire wheeled off then primed and seal with a high quality under coating. Even better would be to put under coating on the whole underside of the body. Check your gas tank for rust aswell.

The rodents thing brings back memories...
I had a 69 Chevy 3/4 ton that was pulled apart for a few months getting some top end work on the engine. Once I got the truck running again I went to take it out on a test drive and a mouse ran out from under the seat. Well figures... I turned on the heat and it made a horrible noise. Great... Took the blower motor out and found a nest of my seat cotton balled up in there and on the blower wheel there were little mouse footprints in the dirt. The mouse was using the blower motor as a running wheel.
Mellow just about hit it on the button. Replace the oil, antifreeze, plugs and wires would be a great idea too. Dont forget the fuel filter after you get rid of the old fuel.
Oh and treat the fuel with a high quality treatment like the Lucas stuff.
