I flushed out the radiator twice so far in the past few days with the water hosse, even used the cleaner product at the partstore and I got a lot of junk out. Filled it back up with dex cool and checked it yesterday and its back to brown liquid and sludge built up in the radiator and on the dipstick.
I can't seem to get rid of it and I even read online and was told not to use dexcool because it actually builds sludge up.
What should I do next besides paying someone a lot of money to flush it out?

You only flushed the radiator. You need to flush EVERYTHING! I had the same problem. Go out to your local parts store and by this:
Buy Peak Radiator Flush and Fill Kit PKF0AA at Advance Auto Parts
Read the instructions. They are not hard. Also, remember to put lots and lots and lots of towels around the opti so it doesn't get wet.
Also, pull out the coolant tank and wash that out really good too. You will not believe how much crap can be in there. With the flush kit, you'll be cleaning out the heater core and engine too. Make sure when you go to fill back up with coolant, that you get all of the old stuff out. Easiest way to do that is empty the radiator, the coolant tank, water pump, pull the sensor for the temp gauge that's on the side of the drivers head too. I think that should be all the spots.
