Sometimes using a shorter length socket on thegun can make a difference, if you were using a deep socket before maybe try a shallower one. Other than than maybe some PB blaster on the bolts and let it soak in....

I am using a shallow socket. I used heat. Looks like I am off to buy a new gun..Better duck Spartan, i'm a good shot.

Ifeven heat didnt work that sum***** must be on there pretty good

A nice new shinny Ingersoll did the trick. I have totally given up on crapsman. They arnt what they used to be. Now for some reason, I cant getthe main caps off. Kinda cool how the 3.8 is a 4 bolt main block. The guy @ the machine shop was really impressed by the size of my rod (connecting rod that is.) He thought it was big for a V6.

Ya, that trying to get that crankbolt out was kinda like getting my wife to do....well...just about anything. Unfortunatally, I cant use fire and a gun on her. That would be soooo wrong.
