I have been looking for a crte lt1 but I am having trouble finding one, instead of rebuilding my engine now im going to see what the prices are on just a lt1 crate. If the differences are not too much I will probably get the crate instead.

 

Really hard to find. Why not just go with a rebuildyou can pick better than OEM parts. If you are thrifty you won't end up over budget.

Unless you are doing a full-restoration project, there is really no point in buying a crate LT1 when so many other choices are available for cheaper or comparable prices.

 

i would check out Jasper engines , i got one and it wasnt that expensive
