I have a beautiful 1999 camaro ss and some of my ligths are out from the third brake ligth on the high rise spoiler! i was wondering if they could be replaed one by one or i would need to get a whole new led, also if i need to get a new one were could i get it! thank you so much for everything appreciate it!

I am not too familiar with the 99 setup, but its pretty rare for LED's to burn out. They last for a super-long time. Take out the light and take a look. If you can pull the bulbs, you can replace them piecemeal. If the LED's are not socket-type, but saughtered in, they you will have to replace the whole unit.

now i know this isnt what your talking about but i thought it would be really to cool to make a custome 3rd brake light. because you can get them that say z28, ss, rs, or camaro, but i want to make one that says stop. i just think that would be sweet to see because then if someone ever hits you, you can just bust out the cant you read.

I want to get one with the Chevy Bowtie. Mine is also half burned out, I think the right side does not light up, let me know if you find out anything lol.

well thank you for all the relevant answers and yes that is exactly what i need and i am looking for!! as for the number thing it sounds a little fishy but will try it!!
