No they are not. Its like the Trans Am and the Firehawk. The Firehawk is the slp edition. The slp edition comes withlook for theSLP MAF, and Y pipe among other things im sure one of the guys will come by and give you a better way by vin or markings..

 

Yeah go to the slp web site and get ahold of them, give them your vin number and they can tell you exactally what they put in it

 

That's not quite right. All SS's were built by SLP, however some did not have any SLP options (catback, lid, bilstien shocks,etc). Call SLP and they can tell what the build number is and what options the car had.

 

Thanks for the heads up JD. So the SLP SS isnt marked like the pontiac Firehawk is hmmm thanks for clearing that up. If you look at your Y pipe it should let you know if its the SLP or not i could be wrong but the SLP pipe is a little beffer if im not mistaken. The only way to be sure is to run the vin past slp.

 

Well yes is marked on the camaro my maro has the marking on the inside of the pass door telling what SLP options have been done and the HP then a decal in the truck where the T-Tops go
