today while driving to school i saw a black camaro RS with a red stripe. what does RS mean? is it a v8? better than the SS? thanks

 

RS PACKAGE
Although many cars say 'Camaro RS' on the title, this does not mean they have a true RS Package. The RS Package Consists of:
