so my dad HAD to 1 up me, he just picked up a pewter 2002 35th anni, SLP 1LE SS M6 w/ 53k on the clock. betcha never guess how much he paid ether

car is FULL slp optioned, including slp lid, CME, auburn dif, floor mats, zr1 rims, 1LE suspension, short shifter. not to mention full factory options like traction assist, monsoon sound system with disc changer, rear defrost, t-tops...and all other that crap i can't remember. but anyways car is in pretty awesome shape, has a few small scratches and paint chips, a little wear on the leather but no cracking or anything, also the auburn unit needs replacing sometime in the semi near future but its fine for the old man to drive around town lol.

and the 68 is 'ours'...title is in his name BUT we have both put countless hours and $'s into the car. we got it as a father son project and we r the only two drivers listed on the insurance. (lol which excludes his wife) but he is computer illiterate so i deal with all the online stuff. and he was super excited when i showed him that it won ROTM. so anyways, i still say he tried to 1 up me
