i have a 2002 ss obviously and its also the slp addition but my question comes from i am looking into getting a new cam and its a comp cam and the specs look to be about what i want but it says designed for street engines with a 8:1 to 9:1 compression ration and since we are 10.1:1 does that mean i shouldnt get the cam or what any help would be great

 

Call a company that specializes in LS1's like Texas Speed or LG Motorsports and have them reccomend you cam.
