Default Cai

Anybody out there have any proven gains from adding a CAI? Butt dyno or not, I want to know if its worth it. I already have a k&n filter, so will I feel any gains from the intake, and any gains in throttle response.

Any gain will be negligible.

Jake, you asked this before. Your biggest gains will be with long tube headers and a 3 inch exhaust. Then, after getting rid of the restrictive exhaust a CAI is a good addition as well as a tune

you did

but it's understandable. A young kid gets a car and is excited and wants to do some mods.

I was probably like that when i was younger, any my son's friends would all talk about how this or that would add some ungodly amount of performance

Let's hope the kid keeps the car bug as we need more to keep the hobby alive.

Oh believe me I'll keep it. But I've never asked this question before, in fact I've only been a member for a couple of weeks.
