Default C6 Rims, good buy?

So I figured out my last rim buy was a bust considering pretty much no tread on the tires and scratched/rashed rims (Eagle Alloys, got em cheap though) Since I needed new tires anyways I figured I would go for my first set of vette rims anyways. I came across a CL ad for black C6 rims, tires with 60-70% tread, for only 475, he was honest in saying one of the tires had a small air bubble, figured one tire wasnt bad, could take it to get it plugged or just get another tire. I think i'll be able to wing him down to 425 if I guilt him over that one tire, here are some pics.

I noticed there is nothing in the center, is that common in c6 rims? Or could these be replicas?

I didn't think there was anything in the center for C6 wheels... and they look good for the price. I'd buy em.

they look like c5 wheels to me

anyway, is OE wheels or OE concepts (out of sarasota fl) still around? If so, if memory serves me, you could get qty 4 replicas with new 275 40 17's mounted and balanced already on the wheels for around $1,000

it might be worth paying your folks a couple hundred each month and using their credit card

I've been getting sumitomos recently from onlinetires.com for a very reasonable price.
