That is a pretty good deal for a 35th ann. Heck that is a pretty good deal for just a 02 SS.

MY wife's 2000 Z28 was purchased for $5500 out the door but the miles on her were 131K. The car overall is in good condition, fully loaded with leather and T-Tops. We drove ALOT of Camaros before we decided on this one. Some where better some were horrible and the mileage didnt seem to matter but the care of the prior owners is what made the cars what they were.

Auction Camaro
Buying any car at an auction will be more of a risk than buying from a well known dealer. The dealer will check a car over and make sure it is safe. Usually fixing minor problems. They usually want your return business. The big thing here to look at is how it was maintained. A well maintained fourth generation Camaro will last 200,000 miles pretty easily. If you know what your looking at, go the auction route if you are able to. Personally I would buy it privately or at a dealer. Goodluck.

A dealer auction is just that, its an auction for dealers. You can not buy a car there unless you are a dealer. I know some people that are dealers that will take you to the auction and buy a car for you for a fee. The down side is you will not be able to drive it before hand and no returns. The only reason I brought up the dealer thing was because it shows the bottom of the market. No one will sell a car at or below what it auction value is. As a general rule cars sell at Auction price + 30-40% at the dealer and Auction price + 10-20% from the guy next door.
