yeah, i was quivering, my esteem broke when he said that. what will i do???

i like the 98-02 better, always have. the 93-97's remind me to much of the third gen era, something i think that shouldn't be praised for looks. (well, the majority)

the v8 engine that came with those "chrysler style junk" headlights is a lot more desirable than the engine that came tucked behind those third gen lights.

there is no way someone can claim the headlights from 93-97 look more smooth and sleek than the later ones.

rant off....

regardless of what year you get, if you intend to keep this vehicle, i would save up the little extra, wait a year or two, and get a v8 powered camaro. sure it might be a little more than a v6, but the payoff down the road is way better. i am now looking at putting the difference between a v8 and a v6 into my 2002 sixxer. and wishing that it was a v8 powered car i was spending the money on.

dont worry he will get over it. just mad cause hes got a fish. lol. jk,,, not..lol. dont sell the 3.4 or 3.8 short they have more power than a guy might think and with a little modding can produce the same hp as a stock lt1. that said the lt1 is the way to go. so hows the lemans holding up. ive had a 66 lemans and a 78 grand prix. always like the way they drive.

Lemans runs pretty good its all stock but as of now its in the back of the garage and the 86 is under a car-cover. Im trying to get dad to clean out his garage so we can move the 86 in there or at least buy a good car-cover. the one i got on there now it paper thin! its worthless and its got a hole torn in it from the hood to halfway the passengers door. So the lemans is my first car the 86 my second and possibly a 93-97 camaro for my third car. Dad doesnt like the look of the 93-02 body styles so thats why im buying it not him.

I like the 93 style lights better. Also like the 89 style lights in the c1500's.

Anyway, just make sure you save up and start with a V8. Sorry, to those V6'ers out there. A V8 is cheaper and easier to make fast. If you have a lot of money and want to be different get a V6. If you want to go fast and stand out in high school get a V8.

Haha but dads probably gonna make me stay with the steel machine (lemans) until im at least 18. (But then again i could drive it to school when hes gone) he travels so i can drive it to school when hes gone.
