Default bull****, im ready to get rid of my car

alright, my car is pissin me off, idk what it is, i thought it was power steering, but my dad says its my rack and pinion...idk what the problem is...the steering is only tight when im not giving the car any gas, or if its not in gear, or my foots on the clutch....i think its my power steering pump, cause when im turning in 1st gear i can hear my car whine really loud...idk how the **** the rack and pinion would have anything to do with it..and to top it all off, trans is starting to slip...p.o.s., im ready to just get rid of it and start over.

Man.. I thought you were gonna sell your car for a Z? Well at any rate.. If we just gave up when any of our cars went to hell then there would be no domestic muscle around.. Ive spent 2000 in repairs and i STILL have more to do... Imho its worth every cent.. I love my car and as Deep Purple once sang:
Nobody gonna take my car
Im gonna race it to the ground
Nobody gonna beat my car
Its gonna break the speed of sound
Oooh its a killing machine
Its got everything
Like a driving power big fat tyres
And everything

I love it and I need it
I bleed it yeah its a wild hurricane
Alright hold tight
Im a highway star

Is it your everyday driver? If you do sell it I'd pick up something older like a 70's Z28 or 77 T/A, if you have something else to drive. I only mention this because as much as I love my WS6 I miss my 78 Z28 and was thinking about it today.

I back up BAN on that.. If i woulda gotten the 75 like i had planned all the repairs would be ALOT cheapier... and i wouldnt have to hire someone else to do it for me for the most part.

well, it is my daily driver, and i have been trying to sell it, but no luck...im fixing to start a job that pays really well, and if all goes well with that, theres a dealership with a 2002 z28 6 speed, black on black, ttops, ima see if i can use my car as a down payment and pay monthly...but as many times as ive said im gonna do somethin bout gettin another car, i doubt it will happen, but i really do want a z, and promise you im going to end up with one before the end of next year for sure, just at the moment things arent really working out

i sold my 96 with 136kmi, and needed 2 gas tank holes plugged, and EGR valve went in and out(never affected performance for some reason though, jus spit code.) for 3400... i had it listed for 4200. but the kid asked if i'd take 3000. i said no, and let it go for 3400, with the 1000dollar stereo... lol. he told me i could take the stereo outta it if i wanted. but i had no use for it. all was custom fitted for the camaro.

her in NY, there's plenty of 93-97 V6s, 3.4s and 3.8s, selling for well abover 5000 atm. and theres 98+ v6s selling for 9000+ and LS's selling fo between 9000 and 22000 depending on milage.. it actually went up, instead of down(cheaper in spring and summer) getting towards winter.
