I really dont have a goal ,I would like to see 425hp witout my nos and hopefully in the shallow 12s in the 1/4but im not sure i guess what its gonna be in the end is what its gonna be , heres my new mods list mabey you guys can tell me if im headed in the right direction ..I have everything but the heads so far and the tune and im waiting on my cam yet but its on the way IM STOKED !!!!

that list looks good but if your goal is 425hp id say dont get the AFRs get the stockers done by advanced inductions or lloyd they will help you with your goal and also i wouldnt waste money on a new posi for a 10 bolt. but other then that your list looks real good

heres a link to AI the results on an lt1 i think there 190cc cnc'd heads might work well with your project if you look alot of there 190cc customers r in the 400-430hp range

no problem they posted a thing over one ls1tech about a car wit there 200cc heads a 22x hydrolic roller cam stock bottom end lt1 runnin 9s on a small shot of nitrous. on big change was its carbed. im havin them do a set of 200cc heads and a nice big solid roller cam for my 383 were doin ive seen and talked to a few guys with that set up on a stroker deepin the 9s

 

holy **** 9s , i would crap my pants ! my car would never hold a 9 sec pass lol it would come apart at the seams haha i shot them a email i gonna get my heads done with there packadge that comes with the rockers and all them im gonna habe them port my manifold and im thinking of having them grind a cam fo that setup and just sell my comp cam , probbly be better to have him custom grind it for his setup ya know?

 

yea i was gonna say a custom grind would be better but knew you bought the cam so figured it wont be to big a deal im shootin for 9s with my 383 build gonna be sprayin a 200 shot so i guess we'll see in the spring good luck with your build and with AI

 

what rockers are you going with? i wouldn't use anything but comp pro mags. make sure they are nsa...which means you will need guideplates as well. are you auto or stick? if you're auto, you're going to need a higher stall torque converter or your car will drive like crap. i'm not sure what "sgs computer tune" means...but i hope it means a full dyno tune with all that work

 

the kit come with pro mag 1.6 and guideplates it also comes wit gm hydrolic lifters. which i was told by an engine builder and racer that you cant do better that hes used them all and they r the only ones to never have a problem

 

i didn't realize ai did a heads and cam package that came with lifters and rockers...that's neat i guess. i'm going with lloyd so i bought some slightly used comp pro mags for 200 that came with guideplates

add fuel injectors to your list
