When I had new struts put on my '95, I also needed strut mounts -- but stay away from the Gabriel brand at Autozone -- it's crap.
So you probably need them if they're worn or rusted/broken, etc. -- visually inspect them. Chances are you do need them replaced, but it should have been done when you had the struts replaced...

Unlike the 3rd gen cars, the 4th gen cars do not use struts for the front end suspension, they use plain old shock absorbers with upper and lower control arms. There is a shock mourting plate for the top end of the shock, and if it was bad, which is unlikely, it should have been replaced at the same time that the shock were changed. I would go to a different shop. What problems are you having?
Being that you asked,
Shock absorber:
A device for controlling unwanted motion of a spring-mounted vehicle. On an automobile, the springsact as a cushion between the axles and the body and reduce the shocks produced by a rough road surface. Since some combinations of road surface and car speed may result in excessive up-and-down motion of the car body, shock absorbers — which today are hydraulic devices that oppose both compression and stretching of the springs — slow down and reduce the magnitude of these vibratory motions.
Strut:
An automotive suspension strut combines the primary function of a shock absorber (as a damper), with the ability to support sideways loads not along its axis of compression, somewhat similar to a sliding pillar suspension, thus eliminating the need for an upper suspension arm. This means that a strut must have a more rugged design, with mounting points near its middle for attachment of such loads.

I have not had the struts replaced yet They did some brake workfor me 2 months ago and told me then I needed Struts and shocks I went back 2 months later because brakes were making some noise and now the guy sayssince you waited 2 months now you will need Strut Mounts too
Someone told me it was nonsense so Im asking here
