Brake problems! need help quick please!
Hey guys i need your help i have a 98 v6 stick shift and i was trying to change my right rear brake rotor!
ive gotten the caliper off and the caliper bridge and i was under the impression that at this point the rotor was supposed to slide off but for some reason it refuses to come off and feels like its stuck! Any help please? The sun is going down and ive run out of ideas!

This is the point at which the rotor will "slide off." That said, often times it gets rusted to the hub or something of that sort. Get your big hammer and start hitting the rotor around the edges by the studs to knock it loose. It will come off eventually (or at least probably...freak accidents do happen where they're pretty well fused, but it's rare that you can't get it off).
It's rust from the heat of the brake friction captures the air in every nook and cra knee is get on your knees and like Slver says is to shock the clock at 4 points in an X pattern.
If you tap it from the backside she is a done deal is tap the rust bonding is shock it with a hit X wise and Y angles so you slide shock it at two angles. Try that.

Thanks for your help guys i went out bought a hammer and whacked at it for a while and it eventually came off..unfortunately thats not the end of my problems. I should probably start from the begining.
A few days ago i got into a car accident coming off a corner where in the end the back right tire hit the curb hard and popped up and went over it so the wheel was left at an angle. Had the car towed home and took the tire and rim off which were completely bent behind the caliper..bad!! Anyways put the spare off and drove it and it was wobbling very bad! I was hoping it was just the rotor that was bent which is why i was trying to get it off but after taking it off i can tell it isnt. The part under the rotor with the 5 lugs looks like its going in and out when i spin it which i know its supposed to be straight so its bent a little bit.
My question was, is there anyway i can replace just that part? or will i have to replace the whole axel??
sorry for the essay!
heres a little visual aid

Start looking for an axel. The chanced you bent a 1-1/4 solid axel but did not hurt the 1/8" thick tube is pretty slim. You can find the whole rear for 250 ish.
Axels can be fix but the price would not be worth it on stock axels and the tube in the rear is a huge pain to get back straight. You would need a known good straight edges and dial indicators and a set of torchs and a bunch of time. I have done it on race cars with custom rears.

urg sounds horrible..how hard is it to open up the stock differential and get the axle out?

ive opened the differential, let it drain and im pretty much stuck. I believe i am supposed to unscrew that little bolt so the cylinder can move up in the differential and i can remove the C clip looking thing on the end of the axle shaft but im not sure..is this correct?? Ive been trying to remove it all afternoon but that little bolt refuses to budge! ive tried wrenches pliers and all sorts of things and now im getting to the point where im worried about stripping it because that would lead to all sorts of problems. Help me please guys this is the first time ive done this.
