I dont know exactly where the differences are in the brake systems. but if you get a rear from a v8 car all of the proper hangers should be there, and a set of calipers and rotors from a v8c ar should bolt right up

That is exactly what they are selling. Some people find it easier just to do swap the rear from a Z, but I have seen some folks that have just swapped to rear discs from a Z.

Does the sticky address the combination valve? I was wondering cause I was thinking the proportioning valve would be different for caliper vs drums. Is that part of the anti-lock brake system?
Edit,,, I just searched thru the GM parts listandit only shows one part number for combination valve 93-97 (GM 18020589). So never mind
