Default Bought a 2000 LS1 Camaro Partially stripped. Now What?

I am doing a LS1 swap into a Porsche 944 Turbo and bought a partially stripped 2000 Camaro with an SS engine and automatic trans and 373 Posi. It had nitrous and was used at the drag strip. It comes with no title, but what remains of the car is perfectly straight and rust free. All the glass is perfect and still in the car. It starts, runs and drives.

My question is: After I pull the engine, what do I do with the rest of the car. It seems way to nice to send it to the crusher. Options would seem to be either part it out or sell it to someone as a project car for the drag strip. I really don't have the time to do an extensive part out, so any ideas on what its worth as someone's project car?

Part it out and make some money off of it.

Hell it would be easy to put that car back together. You would need the nose pieces, about $300 or so from a wrecking yard. a lid for your intake, wing and tail lights and filler. A few interior parts and you are good to go. I would remove all that NOS stuff it looks kinda hokey on how it is set up.

Part out would be the easiest, or sell it as a parts car. Either would work.
Do you have any pics for your 911 build?

I'm always curious/suspicious about cars that are still fairly recent like that, without a title. How do you know it's not hot?
Next thing you know. you're busted for running a chop shop.

Massey it's just going to be a rolling body. He's taking out the engine and tranny.

Parting it out would be the best thing but it looks empty already. Give it to a junk yard. They might be able to sell some of it.

For obvious reasons, reputable bone yards won't take a car like that without a title.

thats a good point. I dont know much about the salvage yard business. if you buy a roller from a scrap yard will it typically have all the docs?

Hell it looks like the car may have been an SS. Check the RPO codes on the door and see if there is a WU8 in the list. I would love to have that steering column for my car but I dont think that it would be worth the shipping just to get it to me. I dont know how FL works but you can here in WA do a title search and if you have the sales docs from the titled owner you can apply for new title here. It cost's more money than if you were to just bring the last leagal owner to the DMV and have him sign an afidavit of lost title.
