Default blinker issue

a few weeks back i was having a blinker issue where the front right blinker wouldnt light up and therefore the right blinker would stay on solid because the bulb was out. so i replaced the bulb and the light lights up now but it still wont blink. i put on the hazard flashers and every light on the car blinks except that one. Im new to the camaro since this is my first one and ive never really been able to work on my own car due to having a jetta before so what could this issue be. Could it be a bad ground or possibly a bad relay?

is it only one side that wont blink. you may have the bulb in backwards. check and see.

If it was a dual filament bulb, did you replace it with a dual filament bulb?

im not a hundred percent sure i brought it to my mechanic to have inspection done and i asked him to just replace it since he was gonna be under the car anyway. I might just go pick up a new bulb and put on in myself whats the light bulb code for a 2000 camaro ss
