Default Is back pressure good or bad?!?!

Hey. I've been debating on what I should do with my exhaust system. So is back pressure a good or a bad thing? I've heard people say both ways. So I've heard a lot of opinions. I'd like some solid evidence, such as experience you have had or better yet, a dyno sheet proving you're theory of back pressure. Thanks for all the help!! Hopefully we can find the answer to this mystery...

Never knew it was a mystery. Backpressure is bad, end of story!
The confusion comes from guys not knowing the difference between backpressure and flow velocity (and a hole in the ground for that matter).
This will help explain how exhaust flows: The Exhaust Backpressure Myth

Or more simply put, your engine "needs" backpressure like your butt needs a cork.
