This is the vendor, not the gov't charging this. I guarantee you the duty on this is $0. Taxes will be 13%. so, $0.26.
Yea Camaro69, I ordered through the dealer. $2.80 each. So $5.60 + tax. Just burns my *** when online companies automatically jack this s&$# out of shipping costs to Canada.
If it's made in the US or Mexico, there is NO duty, just the standard sales tax. If they are shipping it USPS, the won't be any forwarding fees either. UPS is awful for charging $35 to forward the $1.29 in duty....
The joys of living in Canada...I keep threatening to open my own import/distribution business....I should get off my butt and do it I guess.
