angel eye opinions

im getting angel eyes for my 98 camaro and the color of it is bright red. do u think the chrome angel eyes would look better or the black angel eyes on it?

wow this is new to me, i had no clue what you were talking about, had to look it up on the internet, are them even legal, colored head lights??
