Seems as though this car needs some work before becoming road worthy...heater core is disconnected and was said to have rust in it so no heat...after a day of rip'n & run'n it started running hot so i cut it off turned it back on and drove home no problem.Temp Gauge is stayed a quarter away from the red...This was just what i discovered today !! Not sure what steps to take about the heater core but the guy i got it from said he was going to blow it out with a air compressor...so he bypassed the hoses not sure if thats a good thing...Where do i start...??

 

start by getting yourself a factory service manual and a lucky rabbits foot my friend!! sounds like ur gonna need both!!!! good luck!!

yep get yourself a repair manual and you need to let us know what motor you have. lol, carefull what you ask for. your gona need a new heater core and at least a radiator flush. new thermostate would be a good idea.
