Default Alternator

Does anyone know of any larger alternators that will just bolt on instead of having to do modifications? I'm running alot of sound equip.

95 3.4L

look for high amp alternators if you have a large audio system, on my 02 SS it has 105amp factory alt, i really don't know how many amps the v6's have but figure out the draw of your system (total the amperage of all the fuses in your amps) and add that to what your car needs stock and that's your magic number try to get one with a little extra juice. another good upgrade is call the Big 3 upgrade. get large gauge wire to run from your alternator to your pos battery terminal, then from your neg terminal to the ground on the chassis and from the neg to the engine block and bango! you will have better flow of current in your recharging system. go with atleast the gauge of your wires running your system.
