Hello All. I'm looking for help. I've learned to use the correct oil filter as the longer one will bottom out causing a COMPLETE engine rebuild. An expensive lesson but it gave me opportunity to build up. Started life as a 5.7 LT1 which is now bored with all new parts. My question at low RPM there is a noticeable lag before acceleration. All of my dash warning lights are illuminated. We tried to hook it up to two analyzers but it won't read. I read where disconnecting the battery will reset the onboard computer but no dice for me. Any ideas would be much appreciated. I've been without my car all summer and feel like I'm almost there. Thanks in advance.
