See if it takes in water when it rains. If it doesn't, it's just a noise nuisance that you can decide whether you want to live with it or not. And I don't think many girls pay attention to that sort of thing, your manhood probably isn't being put in too much danger.

 

My driver side does the same thing but I rarely can hear it. But also I normally have my t-tops off and my sound system blairing.
But it could be something as simple as fixing the weather stripping
