Yeah i wanted to get a harley for awhile but someone told me its inevitable that you fall off at somepoint. even experienced riders like my uncle and a few other people i know have bit it.

 

i dont like harleys my mom had one (i think its funny when you said that, because she totally fell off at like a stop sign by the beach)

what about a Ninja, a girl i talk to her dad has one and hes lookin to ditch it since he aint ridden it in a long freakin time, just sits there.

 

that would be a good bet. I dont like the ninjas because of past quality issues, but its nitpicky stuff. and they are getting better. for a starter bike 600cc or less is best. even 600 cc can get away from a newbie pretty easily. honestly, if you have no experience on bikes at all go get a cheap *** dirtbike and tear it up in a field for a few months, then go get ur street bike

 

I don't even think it is possible topass the license test on a busa, atleast not well. The figure eight is way too tight for you to make it. I just got my license and I don't even think I could do it on my bike, which is the weight of a busa but shorter. That and the fact that you would kill yourself. As for the engine adding value I think they were referring to it losing it's 30th anny value if the engine is swapped. Swapping an engine means you beat the car up, generally.

A kid i worked with drove a Ninja and it was great for him.

Your totally missing everyones point. Unless you have years of ridning experiance under your belt you have absolutly NO BUISNESS on a 1+ litre bike. Get a nice used 600, at the most for your first bike.

 

So to you spending more than what your car costs isn't expensive? You must have one hell of a job. New those bikes are like 11-12000 i believe.
